We are currently breakaway roping off this little mare and tying a few down. She is handling the box and scoring very well and is locking onto the calves while tracking. She is stopping too hard on her front end and we are in the process of changing this.
She was a reining horse for a short while in Canada, however, she was stopping too hard to get the amount of slide that a reining horse needs in order to be outstanding. She spent the next three years as a broodmare and the last two as a ranch horse. They decided to go to roping off of her when we bought her. Tink has the talent to make a very good breakaway horse and tie down horse on smaller calves. She is easy to ride and extremely easy to handle.
This mare is priced to sell at $4500 until we get her stop where it needs to be.
